ALPENTAL SKI PATROL

ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Article I

Name

The name of this association shall be the Alpental Ski Patrol.

Article II

Affiliation

The Alpental Ski Patrol shall be affiliated with the Northwest Region of the Pacific Northwest Division of the National Ski Patrol System, Inc..

Article III

Purpose

The purpose of the Alpental Ski Patrol shall be to serve the skiing public, without charge, in the rescue and first aid treatment of injured skiers, to serve ski area management as a trained rescue organization, and to promote ski safety.

Article IV

Membership / Qualification

Membership shall be determined by the Bylaws of the Alpental Ski Patrol.

Article V

Organization and Meetings

The Alpental Ski Patrol shall adopt Bylaws governing its organization and the conduct of its business.

The Patrol shall hold at least one meeting during a calendar year for the election of the Board of Trustees and such other meetings as the trustees, officers, and members deem necessary.

Article VI

Amendments

These Articles of Association may be amended by a vote of three fourths (3/4) of all members of the Alpental Ski Patrol.
